The InStyle 2011 Independent Handbag Designer results are in, and my personal favorite comes from the Red Carpet Read Evening Bag category: Clara Kasavina and Misha Berger for Clara Kasavina. I love that this babe looks like a water cantine. How sweet would that be? You know I'd be rocking that sh*t at Coachella, but alas it's only a purse. {shucks}.

The amount of repins I get on my fishtail braid over on pinterest is seriously astounding. Don't get me wrong, it's super cute, but so easy to do yourself! It seems the braid trend is carrying over from Spring into Summer, so why not try the fishtail braid on your own locks? All the info you need can be found in my eHow tutorial, happy braiding!

Now that it's summer I'm yearning for white hot denim. Cut offs, capris, skinnies, bells, I want 'em all. Since I don't wear much color, and my typical black pallet earns me questionable looks from San Diego barbies, it's officially time to trade it all in for an equally neutral, yet somehow more acceptable collection of whites.


Now it wouldn't be me if I couldn't add a hint of rocker edge to any of it, so I'll be ripping, tweezing and shredding my way through some new favorites. Adding your own wear and tear onto jeans is way easier than you think, pinky promise. Check out my tutorial on How to Shred Denim for a few trips, tricks, and tools to help the process along.
